how to register

Registration provides us with critical information about your child so we are able to deliver top quality care. Before a child can attend a Kids & Company centre, a Registration Form needs to be filled out and payment provided (by individuals not corporately sponsored or eligible for a payroll deduction option).

General Registration Overview

For the Back-Up Solution, your registration period is tied to your 12 month corporate membership year (please contact your HR Administrator if you are not aware of these deadlines). After clicking "I want to get started" you will be prompted to fill out a Quick Registration Form, send payment, print, sign and submit a Signature Form, and fill out a Full Registration Form.

For Flexible Time Solution , registration including the submission of post dated cheques or selection of payment option such as credit or debit card should happen 6 months prior to your child’s start date. Begin by clicking the "I want to get started" button at the top of this page

To Complete a Registration:

  • Drop off signed Signature Form; and also provide payment via cheque or direct debit.
  • Mail signed Signature Form and payment to:

Once your child is registered for back-up care, call the centre as soon as you know you will need a spot. Under rare circumstances, if the centre of your choice is full for the day, every effort will be made to accommodate you at another Kids & Company site.
